From the Melbourne Herald Sun -- AUSTRALIAN children should be learning a second language from early childhood to keep up with their European and Asian counterparts, a leading language expert said.
University of Queensland Professor Ken Wiltshire has called on state and federal governments to do more to encourage children to learn a second, or even third language.
