Immigrants create need for language training for Canada teachers

From SmartBrief -- An influx of immigrants into New Brunswick, Canada, schools created the need for 105 teachers and administrators to receive training in integrating English language lessons into discussions of other subjects, such as maths. Teachers learned an approach called Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol, which engages students through visuals, videos and student interaction.
