From MarketWatch -- An immigrant from Liberia, Mahamu Kanneh, was arrested in Rockville, Maryland, for repeatedly raping a 7-year-old child. Last year, his charges were dismissed. The problem was not a lack of evidence.
The problem was that the court never found a legal interpreter who spoke Kanneh's African language, Vai.
