First Community Legal Interpreter Program in the U.S. Launches in D.C. and Maryland

From MarketWatch -- An immigrant from Liberia, Mahamu Kanneh, was arrested in Rockville, Maryland, for repeatedly raping a 7-year-old child. Last year, his charges were dismissed.
