Alberta francophones hope judge's decision could lead to shift in attitudes

From Canada.com -- Two decades after Manitoba was forced to recognize French-language rights, francophone leaders say attitudes have changed across the province, and their culture is thriving. Albertans could one day see the same shift at home after a judge earlier this week ruled Alberta's Languages Law is unconstitutional.
